Plan your session
Trocadéro is where most first visits to Paris end up, and for good reason: the esplanade gives a full, symmetrical view of the Eiffel Tower, with the Seine and the Champ-de-Mars stretching behind it.
Photographers love the first hour of daylight, when the light is soft and the terraces are quiet. Later in the day, the gardens below the esplanade offer calmer corners, and after dark the tower sparkles for a few minutes every hour.
Many photographers combine Trocadéro with nearby spots like Bir-Hakeim Bridge or the Champ-de-Mars in a single session.

About this spot
When is the best time for a photoshoot at Trocadéro?
Sunrise. The light is soft, the tower glows, and the esplanade is almost empty until around 8 am.
Can we combine several spots in one session?
Yes. Bir-Hakeim Bridge and the Champ-de-Mars are a short walk away. Ask your photographer to plan the route.
