Looking for a photographer
How do I contact a photographer?
Open their profile and choose Contact. Fill in your dates and your message: the photographer receives your request by email and replies to you directly.
The photographer has not replied. What can I do?
Photographers usually reply within a few days. You can also reach them through the links on their profile, or contact another photographer.
How do I report a profile?
Use the “Report this profile” link at the bottom of any profile. Our team reviews every report.

My profile is waiting for review
Check that you sent your Instagram code by direct message to @parisphotographers.app. You receive an email as soon as our team has decided.
How do I get the Verified badge?
Add your SIRET number in your profile. When it matches your name in the INSEE registry, the badge appears.
I do not receive request notifications
Turn on notifications from your dashboard and check your spam folder for emails from Paris Photographers.

I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password”. We email you a 6-digit code to choose a new one.
